It’s time for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 56 Fearless Fridays 28: Coach Cooks’ Challenge! If you missed Monday’s post, I interviewed Coach David Cooks, who was recommended by Shae McNamara. Coach Cooks, as I am sure you guessed, has had an impressive coaching career, in regards to both sports and to life, and has had some incredible experiences and made amazing things happen for himself! If you haven’t already checked it out, definitely go back to Monday’s post and listen to or watch this interview! As always, I asked him to issue a challenge for my listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! Keep reading (and listening) for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 56 Fearless Fridays 28: Coach Cooks’ Challenge!
As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes (Yay! I am finally back!), Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube (some are coming soon, as I am catching up from previous technical difficulties in the editing department!). =)
I always like to share my results from the previous weeks challenges, and I am back to a point where I have some catching up to do!
I am still working on Neda’s Challenge (announcement coming VERY soon!), which is going to take me several weeks (it has now been months), but I think it is going to pay off big!
I still need to do Olivia’s challenge, and Cassandra’s Challenge, though for Cassandra’s, I was fortunate the other day to spend some more time with the FireStarter Sessions* that helped me come closer to those types of thoughts!
So embarrassing – for the second time, I got a kids book looking for the version for adults (calling it an “adult book” seems dirty)! I once purchased Stephen Covey’s “Seven Habits for Highly Effective…. Teens!” The principles still were great! Now I have “It’s All Too Much” for teens. At least this one’s a library book! I’m reading it per @chalenejohnson’s recommendation as a companion/American version of “The Life-Changing Art of Tidying Up,” and loving it! Getting rid of clutter physically and mentally to prepare for 2017! Also reading @daniellelaporte’s Fire Starter Sessions and loving it – writing my notes in that cute journal! What are you reading?
Yes, this is an old picture…. I STARTED the book back in November, and still haven’t finished it, but on a shoot on Tuesday, I had a lot of free time, alone between interviews (I was doing makeup on the people being interviewed), so I got back to it. I don’t know what took me so long!
As for Priti’s Challenge from last week, I have DONE it, but once again – I need to share it on social media! That will be coming this Tuesday, and I am excited to share it!
As always, I would love to see what you are doing! Don’t forget to show me what you do for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 56 Fearless Fridays 28: Coach Cooks’ Challenge with the hashtag #BoldMovesFearlessFridays on Instagram, Facebook, or twitter! I’ll soon be back on track with posting the images showing the challenges myself, since I am still behind on a couple! 😉
One suggestion he sent to me after I had already recorded the episode was to have the listeners pay for groceries for someone else, so if you are needing an idea, there you go! <3
