Happy Friday! Who’s ready for the weekend? This is also probably your last day of the week long “remove sugar from your diet” challenge from Danika Brysha from last week Friday! But now, it’s time for Bold Moves Fearless Fridays #4!
I know it helped me on several occasions when I was tempted to grab some unhealthy choices out of habit! I also felt like I was being stalked by doughnuts, which are usually not appealing to me! But I definitely see some positive results in my body, and hope to be able to continue this on as well as I can… Even though we have a cake tasting session on Wednesday!
I asked Shae to share a challenge, and he over-delivered with some reflection questions, which you can see below. Listen to the super short podcast, though to see which one I focused on for the show!
“Here are some ideas to consider for themselves…
- Is my comfort zone, really comfortable? How am I being satisfied with my level of achievement in this comfort zone? And, how am is my heart being fulfilled in my comfort zone?
- Has my judgement been prohibiting from exploring other options? If so, next time, try to evaluate and assess the situation and see if it truly is a fit for YOUR path. Judgement always comes from a perspective of superiority/inferiority, and the root of that byproduct is from worrying about other’s perspective. Look within and feel what is right in your heart for you to be both satisfied and fulfilled.
- Be kind to yourself and remember, you are on your journey to brilliance! You will not go 0 to 100, so it’s important to remind yourself that every experience you have on your journey, is an opportunity to learn, develop and grow from. Being judgmental and attaching yourself to your results (whether positive or negative), is not going to serve you, as you will likely lose your standard of not giving 100% focus, energy and effort.
- Reflect and truly find out what is good enough for you, for your level of sanctification towards your achievements. The “good enough” base, is what you always fall back into when you drop your standard for what it is you are striving for. The higher you raise your “good enough,” to what it is the level that you want to be brilliant, the more aligned you will be into turning your want into a must!
