I kinda cringe when someone asks me for my New Year’s Resolution. Despite the fact that as a health and fitness coach, I definitely benefit from New Year’s Resolutions, I am someone who writes my goals every single week, and make New Month’s Resolutions, New Week’s Resolutions, and even New Day’s Resolutions!
Even so, though, I am not above admitting that there is something sexy about a clean slate and a fresh start. I LOVE the idea of starting fresh with a New Year’s Resolution!
At the same time, though, I have made a couple videos about why you don’t need a “NEW” anything, and I truly believe it! Here’s one on YouTube (please subscribe – haha), for example!
Because I believe it, I am acting on it!
I did not get to get all into 2016 and its new beginning the way I had hoped. I left for Chicago/Milwaukee on 12/17/15 and didn’t get back to my (I didn’t know it at the time, but) waterlogged apartment until 1/5/16, so with all that traveling and focusing time on my family & friends, I did not get to plan 2016 like I had hoped!
Last year, I did a Design Your Best Year Ever challenge, and it was great! Tried to re-do it this year? Umm… Not so great – mostly because I did not follow through, due to busy-ness! So guess what? Starting that over on Monday! (Join here, if you’d like!)
In addition, I am doing a clean re-start on my fitness goals!
The last program I did was Brazil Butt Lift, which went amazingly!
But, then I started a 3-week traveling spree, and have been home since for 16 days after, and… Well… I look more like the before from this post than after!
Anyway, starting TODAY, I am doing the 3-Day Refresh again. I try to do it quarterly, mostly because it makes my cravings disappear like magic!
I will take the results again, though, too!
ESPECIALLY since it led to this, which is the possibility of $500 plus for AMAZING results!
That was about my last round, and I couldn’t find the hi-res pics they were looking for, so I am doing it again (though I do it quarterly, and it’s time anyway)!
So, here we go. 3 Day Refresh, followed by Master’s Hammer & Chisel (My unboxing video here)… And boom! Let’s start our new year – whenever we need to!
But hey… One thing I ask my challengers to do is send me before pictures. They are almost always embarrassed. I always tell them that they don’t need to be, because their after pictures are going to be so amazing that it doesn’t matter!
But, I still get it. ESPECIALLY because I have been HERE. But now… I’m here.
**UGH!!!*** For some reason, my site won’t let me upload new pictures right now, and I don’t know why! I will update when I have them! But here’s the measurements over the course of this 3-Day Refresh… I started this blog the night before, had picture issues that took over three days to STILL not figure out, and here I am… But I HAVE the pics and measurements!
Pre Jan 2016 3DR:
Right arm: 12″
Left thigh: 22.5″
Right thigh: 22″
Weight in pic: 143.5 lbs (highest ever)
Right arm: 11.5″
Left thigh: 21.5″
Right thigh: 21.5″
Weight in pic clothes: 138 lbs.
So that’s 5.5lbs, 6″ of Mandie sent back to the universe! I didn’t lose it – I have no intention of finding it again, unless it’s MUSCLE, BABY!
So now these pics (which hopefully at some point you will be able to see) and measurements above – the “afters” will serve as “befores” for the Master’s Hammer & Chisel, which I start tomorrow!
I am going to change, for the better.
