Hello, everyone! Meet Cianna! She is one of the amazing coaches on my team, and recently had awesome results with Shaun T’s new program “Cize!” The name stems from it being “the end of ‘exercise!'” – Get it? Gotta love the double meaning! Without further ado, here’s Cianna!
Time to Cize It Up! In case you are not sure what that means, Cize is a new workout program from Beachbody, the creators of P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, and it’s a crazy fun workout! Dance your way to a smaller size! Who doesn’t love that idea?
Cize is not for everyone, but if you think it might be for you, ask yourself:
– Do you enjoy dance type workouts like Zumba?
– Do you need a low impact workout that still burns calories?
– Do you have a background in dance, cheerleading, or anything with routines?
– Do you struggle to do your workout because it’s not fun?
– Do you like learning new things?
– Do you like workouts without weights?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, Cize is probably perfect for you!
I love Cize, my personal experience with it has been fantastic, and I wanted to take a minute to tell you about it. I started Cize at the end of February 2016. I had previously done 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme and P90. All these programs were pretty intense, and structured, and I was feeling burnt out. I wasn’t having any FUN with my fitness, and it made it so much harder to get it done. So, I decided I needed a change. I committed to the 6 weeks of Cize, and following the meal plan (which is the same as 21 Day Fix, so it was easy for me), and I was blown away!
I gotta be honest, I don’t LOVE working out. I’m a perfectionist, and I want to always do the right number of reps, and lift the recommended weights, but with Cize, you are encouraged to be yourself, add your own spin to your dance moves, and just try your best. You won’t be perfect, which is why you repeat the dance routine for 7 days before moving on. It gives you time to learn, to mess up, to have fun, and most of all to burn off the weight! I found myself looking forward to my Cize workout. I was recording videos and sharing with friends like the one above!
So, I wasn’t expecting to lose really any weight with this program, but I was shocked when at the end I was down five pounds! Here’s my pictures from before and after.
All in all, I love Cize and firmly recommend it to anyone who wants a little more fun in their fitness. This could be the perfect thing to get you back into exercising after some time off, or something fun to do with your kids! Cize is a blast, and I hope you enjoy it!

I personally love lifting weights and doing yoga, or working out for the sake of working out, but both Beachbody and I know that not everyone is the same and have the same interests! I DID do a couple of the Cize workouts, just so I could speak from personal experience, but wanted to share Cianna’s results because I am so proud of her, and because she is more of an expert, having completed the program from start to finish!

Cize does not feel like working out at all, but the effects of it sure are there! Do you like to dance?
