Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 110 Fearless Fridays 55 Mark Sisson’s Challenge. If you missed Monday’s post, I interviewed Mark Sisson. Mark is the bestselling author of The Primal Blueprint, a former world-class endurance athlete, and one of the leading voices of the Evolutionary Health Movement. His blog, MarksDailyApple.com, has paved the way for Primal enthusiasts to challenge conventional wisdom’s diet and exercise principles and take personal responsibility for their health and well-being. His whole life is about finding ways to uncover hidden genetic switches and give shortcuts to the general public to make their OWN choices. Mark has helped lead the paleo/primal movement, and his many bold moves & pivots. If you haven’t already checked it out, definitely go back to Monday’s episode and listen to or watch the interview! As always, I asked him to issue a challenge for my listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! Keep reading (and listening) for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 110 Fearless Fridays 55 Mark Sisson’s Challenge!
As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes (Yay! I am finally back!), Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube. =)
I recently completed Tyron’s Challenge, and dressed for the job I HAVE!
Went to a fun event tonight at a brand new eyebrow threading boutique! I’ll write more about it on my blog soon, but I thought I’d share this pic because… I’m doing @tycutner’s #boldmovesfearlessfridays challenge! Since I was invited as a beauty blogger/influencer, I thought I’d dress the part! I’m not usually a huge fan of pink, but thought it was appropriate for this event, and I felt great! Looked good against the press wall/selfie station, too! If you’re in Beverly Hills, or Australia (where there other locations are), check out #GetThreaded!
I am still trying to do catch up, and have a long way to go! I promise I’ll have more soon – my new goal is to try to do two per week! Life has been busy, so I’m building quite a list, including Olivia’s challenge, Cassandra’s Challenge, Coach Cooks’ challenge, Arvin’s Challenge, Laura’s Challenge, Kasie’s Challenge, Michelle’s Challenge, Julie’s Challenge, Sarah’s challenge, Dalilah’s challenge, Quentin’s Challenge,Macy’s Challenge, Sierra’s Challenge, Zack & Jen’s Challenge, PK’s Challenge, Cherie’s Challenge, Steph’s Challenge, Steven’s Challenge!
As I mentioned in the audio, Mark’s challenge is already a part of my normal life, so I get to skip this one. Whew! That’s a relief, since I have quite the list stacked up here!
Don’t forget – if you want to join our personal development online book club, we’ve already started so don’t waste any time! You can always join in! Click on the link to check it out! Let’s get better together!
