This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 157 Terri Kearns has made some bold moves! Terri has come back from rock bottom more than once in her life. Terri suffered sexual abuse as a child and it finally caught up with her, and she couldn’t ignore it anymore. Terri attempted to commit suicide once at 17 and then had a second attempt 2 years ago. Terri pulled herself out of a deep, dark hole, and finally, her depression and PTSD have gone away. Terri worked hard on her mindset and once she changed her own life, decided to become a coach for other people. Terri believes that anyone can live the life they want if they deal with the BS stories in their heads and get out of their own way! Terri is such a bright light in this interview. Bold Moves Podcast Episode 159 Lauren Lobley
This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 159 Lauren Lobley has made some bold moves! In 2007, Lauren requested a transfer to move from lululemon Montreal to lululemon Beverly Hills and applied for a visa. After a few months, my request was granted, and my journey from Canada to La La land began. Lauren then decided to boldly look at her diet in the face, which was comprised of refined sugar, gluten, refined grains, and basically nothing green or good for her and decided to take the plunge to vegetarianism. Lauren wasn’t happy with the advice and guidance she was getting. After reading and learning everything she could, Lauren stepped into the kitchen and learned how to feed herself. Lauren went from barely boiling water to being a full-fledged health coach and chef. Lauren’s passion is to make healthy food taste good, and it is totally paying off! She released her first cookbook, and every message that she gets from people telling her how much their lives have changed is a testament to the importance of the move Lauren made from retail to healthy food. Oh man. I think you know what time it is. It’s the beginning of a new month, and even better – a new quarter – and that means it’s time for reflection and goal-setting! Usually, I love this part of life, but in March I went a bit… Off the rails, so to speak, and so here I am with my tail between my legs to share my April & Q2 Goals & Accountability! The best part, though, is that a new quarter brings with it a fresh start, so at least I’ve got that going for me… which is nice!
